Chrysler has recently changed their policy in regards to flashing modules. Customers no longer have to have a specific symptom to occur to obtain these updates. Dealers are now encouraged to provide the customer with the lastest module software available for their vehicle at every service visit. See Warranty Bulletin D-09-12 for complete details.
